Corey Sevier stars as psychologically disturbed bad-boy Josh Gaines, alongside Elizabeth Berkley (Showgirls, Saved by the Nell, Any Given Sunday with Al Pacino) in this thrilling Lifetime drama entitled, Student Seduction. The film deals with the heavy issue of 'teacher-student' relationship. When the popular and cocky high school senior (Sevier) begins to misinterpret the eagerness and generosity of his new, young and attractive high school science teacher, Christie Dawson (Berkley), Josh attempts to fulfill his fantasy of having a relationship with her by taking things to the next step. When Christie refuses, Josh does the unthinkable and assaults her in her own home. When Christie reports the event, the tables are quickly turned when Josh and his wealthy family, who spin the story around, making Christie out to be the guilty one. With a supporting cast including Rick Roberts (L.A. Doctors) and Karen Robinson (Narc), the film was directed by Peter Scatek (The Rendering with Shannon Doherty), written by Edith Swenzen (WB's Charmed) and distributed by Lions Gate Entertainment. The film, unlike most television dramas, is set for home video release on DVD in 2004.
