Due to the high volumn of emails received each day, it's difficult for Corey to answer them all. Corey reads each and every email received, and appreciates the time and effort you take in writing him.
While on location, Corey has a very busy schedule, making it difficult for him to respond to everyone, but he tries his best to answer emails as quickly as possible.
Due to both time restriction and site security, emails with any form of attachments will be rejected by the server and deleted automatically. Spam of any nature will also be rejected by the server and automatically deleted. If spam is sent on a regular basis by a sender, it will be reported to the ISP of the originating sender.
It is illegal to send re-occurring spam to an email address for the purposes of blocking an email address due to over-capacity. This is taken very seriously and will not be tolerated.
If you email Corey and have not received a response, it's due to the above mentioned time restrictions on Corey's busy schedule. While Corey is on location, he works in different time zones and is called onto the set at all hours of the day and night, so this hampers his ability to answer everyone.
Please refrain from re-sending emails on a constant basis if you haven't received a response from Corey. If we find people emailing with the identical message over and over, you will be blocked from sending any further correspondence. This is also seen as a form of spamming an email address. This doesn't mean you can't email Corey as often as you like, but re-sending the same message won't get you a response quicker.
When a sender puts "Important" in the subject field, please understand, these emails do not get priority over the rest. Emails are read and responded to by the received date, and subject headers do not effect the importance or speed of a response.
We don't want to discourage anyone from emailing Corey, as he greatly appreciates his fans interest in his career. As a matter of fact, we encourage you to email Corey to let him know how you feel about his past or current projects, or even a message to say hello is very welcome. If you receive an auto-response to your email, it's due to the above mentioned schedule restrictions. If you happen to receive an auto-response, Corey will still be able to read your email when time permits, so please feel free to let Corey know how you feel about him, his projects, or anything else you have to say!
